What you need to include in your return

In order for us to process your return, you must send the following:
- A return authorization number, which you can only get by calling (866) SHOP-XM1.
- All original components, literature, warranties and packaging in the same condition in which they were received.
- A printed copy of the original receipt, which you received via e-mail, or the original packing slip.
When you have everything ready to go, please send the item(s) you are returning to:

You are responsible for all shipping, handling and equipment charges.
Additional charges may apply for cancellation of your service (see Terms & Conditions of Service). Please note that we can only process returns or exchanges for product purchased directly from us on xmradio.com. |

Extra charges and refunds

| We reserve the right to charge you for new equipment, shipping and handling. If we verify that the returned product is defective, we will refund the shipping, handling and replacement equipment charges. Processing of refunds and credits may take up to three weeks. |
